If there is nothing available at the bottom of the item description page and there is nothing else coming up when you search for the name of the curtain, then it is unfortunately not available.

All of our Made to Measure eyelet curtains have a standard eyelet size – diameter of the hole is 4 cm. We would recommend that you use a 28 mm diameter eyelet pole to hang your curtains, you could use a curtain pole diameter anywhere within the range 16 mm- 32 mm but 28 mm will give you the best look and feel.

Unfortunately, we cannot not accept returns of Made to Measure products if you have simply changed your mind or you made a mistake when inputting measurements, during the order stage. Because the products are made to specific measurements, using specific fabric it would be difficult for us to re-sell. We have a stringent quality assurance process before our products are dispatched to ensure that our products are not damaged or faulty. For any further information on our return policy please refer to our terms and conditions.

As stated earlier, we have a stringent quality assurance process to ensure that all products are sent out to the highest standards and are free of faults or damage. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product please just give us a call on 01234802889 to discuss.

Your full payment goes through as soon as you confirm your card details online, as is the case for 99% of all purchases online. Unfortunately, if we were to keep the payment on hold, we would also need to store the card details somewhere to use when appropriate; the direct system eliminates the need for such storage is far more secure.

Our offices are open 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays and other national English holidays.

All of our curtains come in pairs. Voiles do not tend to come in pairs.

In order to get the full longevity out of your curtains, we suggest you dry clean all curtains, blinds, fabric and cushion covers purchased from us. If you feel that your curtains or blinds are becoming a little dusty, you can gently use the slim nozzle of the vacuum cleaner on a low setting to gently remove any dust.

We supply up to 5 fabric samples, free of charge. The cost of further samples would be 75p each.

Although usually delivered sooner – please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery of your order.

Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases we order from our supplier immediately. This can however mean that the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavor to contact you immediately with the necessary information.

The couriers we use deliver between 9 AM and 6 PM. unfortunately we are unable to narrow the time down any further on a case-by-case basis.
